目的 构建基于烧伤伤情的标准化伤员(standardized wounded soldier,SWS)胜任力评价指标体系,为科学、规范地评价和筛选SWS提供依据.方法 通过现况调研、文献回顾、半结构访谈等方法,以胜任力为理论基础并遵循SMART(Specific、Measurable、Attainable、Relevant、Time-bound)原则,初步拟定基于烧伤伤情的SWS胜任力评价指标.采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询,根据专家对指标的重要性评分和变异系数对各级指标进行修改与完善,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重,判断其逻辑性.结果 两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.846和0.891,Kendall和谐系数分别为0.182和0.217,指标一致性比率(consistent ratio,CR)<0.1.最终构建的基于烧伤伤情的SWS胜任力评价指标体系,包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、43三级指标.结论 构建的基于烧伤伤情的SWS胜任力评价指标体系内容较为全面、针对性强、可靠性较好,可以为基于烧伤伤情的SWS评价和筛选提供参考依据.
Objective To construct a competency appraisal indicator system for standardized wounded soldier(SWS)based on burn injury,so as to provide a basis for scientific and standardized evaluation and screening SWS.Methods Based on the theoretical basis of competency and following the SMART(Specific,Measurable,Attainable,Rel-evant,Time-bound)principle through current situation investigation,literature review,semi-structured interviews and other methods,and the SWS competency appraisal indicator system based on burn injuries was preliminarily formlatued.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by the Delphi method,the indicators at all levels were modified and im-proved according to the importance score and variation coefficient of the indicators by the experts,and the hierarchical a-nalysis method was used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels and judge its logic.Results The effective recov-ery rate of the two rounds of the consultation questionnaire of the experts was 100%,the authority coefficients of the ex-perts were 0.846 and 0.891 respectively,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.182 and 0.217 respectively,and consistent ratio(CR)was less than 0.1.Finally,SWS competency appraisal indicator system based on burn injuries was constructed,including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.Conclusion The con-struction of competency appraisal indicator system for SWS based on burn injuries is comprehensive,targeted and reliable,which can provide a basis for the evaluation and screening of SWS.
