为了筛选出适合湖南地区防治水稻二化螟的高效、绿色药剂,本研究选取 7 种防治药剂开展了田间防效评价.结果表明:施药后 7、14 d,100 亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌油悬浮剂防治效果最佳,分别达到 91.17%和 96.10%;25%乙基多杀菌素水分散粒剂、200 g/L四唑虫酰胺悬浮剂、12%甲维·虫螨腈悬浮剂、20%阿维·三唑磷乳油及 200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂+25%喹硫磷乳油在施药后 7d的防治效果分别为 67.56%、58.88%、53.12%、53.95%和 69.64%,在施药后 14d的防治效果分别为 77.95%、84.61%、66.93%、75.91%和 84.84%;添加助剂对各药剂的防控效果无显著影响.产量测定结果表明:与清水对照相比,保产效果最好的为 100 亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌油悬浮剂处理,保产率达到 81.27%;其次为 200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂+25%喹硫磷乳油+助剂,保产率达到 59.36%;200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂+25%喹硫磷乳油、25%乙基多杀菌素水分散粒剂和 12%甲维·虫螨腈悬浮剂+助剂的保产效果也较好,保产率均在 40%以上;添加助剂对药剂的保产率无显著影响.
In order to screen out the effective and green insecticides suitable for the control of Chilo suppressalis in Hunan Province,this study selected 7 insecticides to conduct the field efficacy evaluation experiments.The results showed that on the 7th day and 14th day after application,the control effect of 10 billion spores/mL Metarhizium anisopliae OF(treatment A)was the best,reaching 91.17% and 96.10% respectively.The control effects of 25% spine-toram WG(treatment F),200 g/L tetraniliprole SC(treatment E1),12% emamectin benzoate·chlorfenapyr SC(treatment B1),20% avermectin·triazophos EC(treatment C1)and 200 g/L chlorantraniliprole SC+25% quinalphos EC(treatment D1)were 67.56%,58.88%,53.12%,53.95%and 69.64% on the 7th day after application,and 77.95%,84.61%,66.93%,75.91% and 84.84% on the 14th day after application,respectively.Adding adjuvants had no significant effect on the control effect of insecticides.The yield measurement results showed that compared with the clean water control,treatment A had the best yield-increasing effect,followed by treatment D2(200 g/L chlorantraniliprole SC+25% quinalphos EC+adjuvant),and the yield-increasing rate reached 81.27% and 59.36% respectively.The yield-increasing effects of treatment D1,treatment F and treatment B2(12% emamectin benzoate·chlorfenapyr SC+adjuvant)were also good,with yield-increasing rates all above 40%.Adding adjuvants had no significant effect on the yield-increasing effect of insecticides.
