以台湾地区的牛樟和福建省的沉水樟根、茎、叶为材料,使用水蒸气法提取各器官的精油,结合GC-MS鉴定其化学成分.结果表明:沉水樟的精油平均含量为1.11 mg·g-1,牛樟的精油平均含量为2.78 mg·g-1;沉水樟与牛樟根的精油含量分别为2.46 mg·g-1和2.72mg·g-1,两者差异较小,主要成分均为黄樟油素.沉水樟与牛樟茎、叶的精油含量与化学成分差异均明显,牛樟的茎、叶精油含量分别为沉水樟的12.00、8.32倍;牛樟茎、叶精油的化学成分均以含氧单萜为主,主要成分为桉叶油素;沉水樟茎、叶的精油含量极低,化学成分以碳氢倍半萜为主,无明显主要成分.
This study utilized the roots,stems,and leaves of Cinnamomum kanehirae from Taiwan Province and Cinnamomum micranthum from Fujian Province as materials to extract essential oils from various organs using water vapor method.The chemical components of those essential oils were identified by GC-MS.The results showed that the average content of essential oil in C.micranthum was 1.11 mg·g-1,and that in C.kanehirae was 2.78 mg·g-1.The essential oil content in root of C.micranthum and C.kanehirae was 2.46 and 2.72 mg·g-1,respectively,in which no obvious difference was identified.The main component of those essential oils was safrole oil.The difference in essential oil content and chemical composition between the stems and leaves of C.micranthum and C.kanehirae was significant.The average content of essential oil in the stems and leaves of C.kanehirae was 12 and 8.32 times that of C.micranthum,respectively.The chemical components of the essential oil from the stems and leaves of C.kanehirae were mainly oxygen-containing monoterpenes with the main component being eucalyptus olein.The essential oil content in the stems and leaves of C.micranthum was extremely low,and the chemical composition was mainly composed of hydrocarbon sesquiterpenes with no obvious main components.
