目的 探究内科护理人员应用以人为本管理模式的效果.方法 选择2021年1月—2022年12月吉林省肿瘤医院内科21名在职护理人员作为研究对象,根据时间不同分为管理前(2021年1-12月)和管理后(2022年1-12月).管理前实施传统管理模式,管理后实施以人为本管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员人文关怀能力、工作压力以及职业使命感.结果 管理后护理人员人文关怀能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员工作压力评分显著低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员职业使命感评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 内科护理人员应用传统管理与以人为本管理两种管理模式的对比之下,以人为本管理模式在改善护理人员人文关怀能力、工作压力以及职业使命感方面效果更佳.
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of human-centered management model for internal medicine nursing staff.Methods A total of 21 in-service nurses in the internal medicine department of Jilin Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were classified as pre-management(January-December 2021)and post-management(January-December 2022)according to different time periods.The traditional management mode was implemented before management,and the people-oriented manage-ment mode was implemented after management.The humanistic care ability,work pressure and career mission of nurs-ing staff were compared before and after management.Results The humanistic care ability score of nurses after man-agement was significantly higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work stress score of nursing staff after management was significantly lower than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing staff's sense of mission after management was significantly higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the comparison of traditional management and human-centered management applied to the nursing staff in in-ternal medicine,human-centered management mode was more effective in improving the nursing staff's humanistic caring ability,work pressure and sense of professional mission.
