钻柱自动化处理系统是提高钻机自动化水平和钻井作业效率的重要装备.该文以钻柱自动化处理系统中的猫道机在现场试验过程中出现的钻杆推送机构不同步问题进行研究,分析了钻杆推送机构的液压系统及不同步的原因,并建立了AMESim的仿真模型,仿真结果复现了现场实际情况,在此仿真模型的基础上,提出了两种解决方案并分别对两种方案建立模型,最后将两种方案仿真结果与原模型结果进行比较,选出了对于现场应用来说的理想解决方案,指导现场解决不同步问题.
