We demonstrate a Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST)-based asymmetric Fabry-Perot cavity facilitating broadband continuous tuning of third-harmonic generation (THG) due to the nonvolatile high refractive-index contrast amorphous, semi-crystalline, and crystalline GST phases.
