The nucleate pool boiling on horizontal tubes is studied experimentally as a conjugated heat transfer problem. Three non-dimensional parameters, which were originally deduced from the governing energy differential equation in the analysis of conjugated film pool boiling and modified for conjugated nucleate pool boiling, have been used to correlate the experimental data in order to accommodate the effect of the peripheral wall heat conduction on the heat transfer coefficient of nucleate pool boiling.
