This work was presented at the 2020 meeting of the Organization for Human Brain MappingUnderstanding the heterogeneity in the clinical presentation of neurodegenerative disease has been a substantial challenge for accurate diagnosis, effective symptom mitigation, and precision medical treatment. This challenge is particularly complex in early disease, where the initial symptoms may be subtle and domain-specific. The Multidimensional Imaging and Neurocognitive Dataset for the Assessment of Dementia (MIND-AD) repository intended to facilitate the characterization of the diversity of neurological function seen in the tertiary care setting. The dataset is multidimensional, containing demographic, clinical, and neuroimaging data. Access to the Repository is available to the research community through a REDCap web interface managed by the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at the University of Washington. Demonstration of the usefulness of this resource is illustrated here through preliminary analyses.
