—Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory process, which aetiology is not yet completely understood. Studies investigating a proposed association between multiple sclerosis (MS) and migraine have produced conflicting results especially in young female and a great range in the prevalence rate of migraine in MS patients. Also, studies suggest migraine as a risk factor for appearance and developing the MS and the severity of disease. Since the fact that the environmental and genetic factors play role in the pathology of both mentioned illnesses, in this study we compared the role of some these factors in both migraine and MS.
