Reversal of Hartmann’s procedure is considered a major surgical operation, associated with a significant morbidity and mortality. We reviewed current literature to demonstrate whether laparoscopic reversal of a Hartmann’s procedure is safe and feasible, and report here two consecutive cases of Hartmann’s reversal performed laparoscopically
