The article discusses some of the challenges and recommendations that could help female police officers prevent discrimination in law enforcement. It states that male domination in law enforcement could not mean that women should give up their feminine traits. It says that education of policewomen is an effective career advancement strategy. It adds that planning and preparation for promotion is need by policewomen who are interested in formal leadership.
