The article reports on a project aimed to increase the concentrations of organisms to restore the soil of a dry organic farmland to a healthy, productive state, using the remediation techniques developed by Elaine Ingham, founder of Soil Foodweb Inc. Granular humates was applied to all of the forage and pasture fields using a fertilizer spreader, to address the perceived mineral shortfall. The compost added to the soil was extracted using a brewer modeled after an Earth Tea brewer.
