The article presents case study of a 38-year-old Jamaican woman who was diagnosed with adult T-cell leukaemia lymphoma (ATLL) Human T-Lymphotropic Virus (HTLV+) was treated with combination chemotherapy. It mentions information on NUP98 positive acute myeloid leukemia which originates from multiple chromosomal translocations involving homeobox and non-homeobox genes. It also presents information on extraction of RNA usingTrizol reagent.
