The article discusses research which was conducted to investigate the impact of long-term lenalidomide exposure on the composition of bone marrow in patients with multiple myeloma. Researchers evaluated 18 patients. They found that while lenalidomide has only a minimal impact on the bone marrow cellular compartment, it does have an impact on B cells and leads to a decrease in the B cells.
