Two new C-glucosyl flavonoids 6′′-O-feruloylspinosin and 6′′-O-feruloyl-6′′′-p-hydroxybenzoylspinosin, together with five known compounds, were isolated from the seeds ofZiziphus jujube(Rhamnaceae family). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidences. Compounds1–7showed moderate inhibitory effects against COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
