The authors have conducted research work on the analysis of the impact of the main environmental interaction factors on the performance of key personnel of client-oriented aviation companies. On the example of leading Russian airlines "AEROFLOT", "Russia", "S-7 Airlines" modern methods of organizational and economic management, which allow to keep strategically important industry in difficult conditions of large-scale crisis caused by pandemic COVID-19, are shown. The classification of factors influencing the work of flight crews has been made. The author's recommendations to managers of organizations aimed at compensating the negative impact of stress on personnel are given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
