Since the issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 8 of 2012 concerning the "Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI)" with focused on Outcomes Based Education (OBE) concept, the theme surrounding the implementation of OBE has become an important topic in Universities in Indonesia. OBE is a learning method that focuses on outcomes in the form of systematic and measurable learning outcomes. One of the important stages in OBE is the assessment of various achievements. One course will have many learning outcomes and measuring instruments. Learning outcomes are emphasized in order to fulfill the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities of students. This paper will explain how to develop a computerized framework as a strategy for implementing OBE, the general explanation will be divided into three main groups, namely a description of the understanding of the OBE concept, the two methods used complete with flowchart that will explain the stages, and then the three results of the study are computerized.
