The article presents a study which investigates the genotype distribution and allele frequency of the RAD51 G135C polymorphism, XRCC2 Arg188His, and XRCC3 Thr241Met polymorphism in 790 cases of breast cancer in Poland. The study adopts polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) methods. Results show strong association of both the C/C genotype and the C allele with breast cancer.
