A wide gamut of organizational behaviours and attitudes can be explicated by analyzing the workforce's perception of the degree of fairness prevailing within an organization. The present study is based on the sample of teachers as teaching is considered as one of the highly stressful professions with the notion that their working climate strongly impinges their workplace commitment and behavior. Hence, the present investigation was aimed to study the perception of Organizational Justice in relation to Organizational Commitment and Occupational Stress among female school teachers. For this purpose, a sample of 60 female school teachers in the age range of 35-45 years was selected from various schools of Punjab and Chandigarh. They were administered tests to assess their perception of Organizational Justice, Organizational Commitment and Occupational Stress. It was hypothesized that Organizational Justice would be positively related to Organizational Commitment and negatively related to Occupational Stress. Inter-correlation analysis was done and the results revealed that Distributive justice was positively related to Organizational Commitment and the three dimensions of Organizational Justice (Interactional, Procedural and Distributive) were negatively related to Occupational Stress.
