Prostatic urethral lift (PUL) is a minimally invasive surgical treatment for obstructive lower urinary tract symptoms. We report the experience of two centres in Italy where PUL was performed under pure local anaesthetic. The procedure was well tolerated with no serious adverse events. Clinical outcomes at 1, 6 and 12 months were comparable with those reported in the literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
