Another concern is the failure by the authors to describe the postoperative care details of the patients receiving local anesthesia via epidural infusion. We are excited to see a publication on the anesthetic care of neonates and infants for complex procedures that has applicability beyond the well-resourced high-income country (HIC) setting.
