Isolated intraventricular hemorrhage of traumatic origin (tIVH) is a rare finding. Mostly found in paediatric age group and rarely reported in adults. Intraventricular hemorrhage is associated with poor outcome. Despite of this, our patient recovered well. We have herein presented a rare case of isolated tIVH in an adult. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
