This study aims to establish a ROC curve model of body composition to predict active aging in the elderly. The 91 participants were invited from the community care center by purposive sampling. There is a significant correlation between body composition (total water, protein, skeletal muscle), InBody score, and the physiological health of active aging (p<0.05). The InBody score is a critical indicator for determining active aging, and the value is 71. This study confirmed that body composition (the total water, protein, and skeletal muscle weight) is related to the physiological health of active aging. The InBody score is an essential indicator for determining active aging in the elderly community care center. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
