The article reports on the occurrence of cervical mass after cytotoxic chemotherapy. The authors presented the case of a boy who was diagnosed with osteoblastic osteosarcoma of the left tibia. This patient was treated according to the Cooperative Osteosarcoma Study Group 96 protocol with radical tumour resection and cytotoxic chemotherapy.
