Letter to the editor: Prevalence and risk factors for malignancy in hysteroscopy-resected endometrial polyps Prevalence and risk factors for malignancy in hysteroscopy-resected endometrial polyps. We read with great interest the article "Prevalence and risk factors for malignancy in hysteroscopy-resected endometrial polyps" published by Wong et al. in the I International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics i on February 23, 2021.[1] The authors evaluated the prevalence and risk factors for malignancy in hysteroscopy-resected endometrial polyps with a retrospective study of 946 cases, and concluded that hysterectomy should be recommended for women with atypical hyperplasia in endometrial polyps even after complete resection.
