Pectoralis major tendon tears were discussed, including an overview of the muscle and tendon anatomy, the clavicular head and sternal head of the muscle, and the U-shaped tendon. It is evident that distinct textures, which are predominantly present in tendinopathic tendons, appear most commonly near the transverse boundary of the tendon, though there was a large variability among diseased tendons. Flexor tendon pathologies include tenosynovitis, open and closed tendon rupture, pulley and volar plate injuries, and tumours of the tendon sheath. The 4 bicep tendons Dr James Hodgkinson I Perth Radiological Clinic, Perth i I , i I Western Australia i Dr Hodgkinson gave a detailed anatomy and imaging summary of the tendons of biceps brachii, with discussion of relevant pathologies.
