In this work, graphene oxide (GO) was reduced by laser direct-writing (LDW) technology, a reduced graphene oxide (RGO) surface with micro-nano structures was fabricated by LDW. During the whole process, we can not only get pollution-free large areas RGO, but also control the RGO surface with micro-patterned grating structures. The antiviral performance against bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) of micro-patterned RGO surface compared to GO surface and petri dish were evaluated. The micro-patterned RGO exhibited excellent antiviral property which can be used in hospitals and public to prevent the spread of virus infections.
