영문초록 : In parallel with the continuos improvement of the industrial structure the female employment has gradually grown last two decades in Korea. The national scale of female labor came to take 38% of the total labor force in Korea up to the end of 1975. The percentage was slightly lower than that in the Busan area at the end of 1973, that is, the local female workers took 38.9% of the total labor force in the area. The female laborers, who are or will be the mothers of the next generation, should be protected from being weaklings caused by hard works or over-loads to them. In their social situations their protection is significant in that they are the mothers or the mothers to be before workers in an industry, and in that their good physical constitutions and cultural sublimations not hurt by mistreatment in their workshops could contribute to the increase of the social productivity in the long run. The objective of this study is to contribute to the female labor managers concerned in setting the policies the information about their situations in work shops. This thesis, therefore, studies on the actual conditions of the personnel service management for the women workers. The results of this study are as follows; Firstly, in order that the personnel service may exhibit its own effect thoroughly, it should be increased the wage levels, made good workshops circumstances and observed the work hours. Secondly, a reasonable control operation should be done for the effective operation of the facilities. Thirdly, the facilities should be utilized by all the workers and if the facilities are not in the firm, let them use the public facilities first thing and then should make preparation of improvement in its actual circumstances. Fourthly, firms should support maximum within its ability. Fifthly, labor union should be interested in the personnel service problem and Co-operate for its enforcement. Lastly, on this foundation, government should do not only administrative support but also strengthen of supervision.
