520 b영문초록 : This paper indicated the efficiency of acid-production in papermill sludge and vegetable wastes when they were degraded with mesophilic acidogenesis and rumen microorganisms, and described the results of degradation of volatile solid and fermentation of methane in two-phase anaerobic digestion which was combined with methanogenic reactor and acidogenic reactor that were inoculated methanogenic bacteria and rumen microorganisms, respectively. The summary was followed. 1. The hydrolysis rate with rumen microorganisms was about 1.4 times as large as mesophilic acidogenesis and the ratio of VFA COD/SCOD was about 80% when substrates were degraded with rumen microorganisms. 2. The optimum HRT was about 13 hours in continuous acidogenic reactors inoculated rumen microorganisms for treating papermill sludge and vegetable wastes, and acid-production was maximized on SRT from 60 to 80 hours 3. The removal efficiency of volatile solid were about 66, 64, 60, 54% and 70, 69, 67, 59% when both papermill sludge and vegetable wastes were loaded 10, 15, 20, 25 gVS/ℓ· d, and also specific VFA was 6.7, 6.6, 6.5, 6.3 mea/gVS_(dig) and 7.03, 6.98, 6.35, 5.87mea/gVS_(dig) respectively. 4. The yield of methane gas was 0.13, 0.147, 0.12, 0.10 ℓCH_(4)/gVS_(dig) when papermill sludge was loaded 10, 15, 20, 25 gVS/ℓ·d and a case of vegetable wastes it was 0.126, 0.138, 0.11, 0.10 ℓ CH_(4)/gVS_(dig) with same loading rate.
