It is known that even if spontaneous circulation returns after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in geriatric cardiac arrests, the overall one-year survival rate of these patients is very low. It has been emphasized in many studies that the most important factor affecting survival is the duration of cardiac arrest and age. In our study, we aimed to investigate the factors affecting survival in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest cases.
