Cutibacterium acnes(C. acnes, formerly Propionibacterium acnesor P. acnes) is one of the common causes of delayed onset endophthalmitis after cataract removal and intraocular lens implantation. In this case report, we present a case of delayed onset C. acnes endophthalmitis triggered by intravitreal steroid injection in a pseudophakic patient.
