Clostridium difficileinfection (CDI) is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality in both the acute care setting and the wider healthcare system. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the in vitroactivity of fidaxomicin against C.difficileisolates from a university teaching hospital in China.
