The purpose of this study is to investigate and provide ways to increase the influence of international students’ ego-resilience on acculturatiive development and achievement motivation through participation in diverse sport activities. The researcher selected the international students who study in universities at Gyeonggi-do and Seoul area as survey samples and surveyed a total of 269 questionnaires. Among the collected data, the researcher filtered out 18 dishonestly answered questionnaires and selected 251 questionnaires for data analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used by SPSS Ver. 23.0. The study results follow; Firstly, the International students’ self-resilience participants in sport activities sub factor optimism and interpersonal relation gave a significant effect to the marginalization. Secondly, the International students’ self resilience participants in sport activities sub factor optimism and confidence gave a significant effect to the Individual Personality Achievement motivation. Thirdly, self resilience sub factor confidence gave a significant effect to the tendency of society Achievement motivation. Lastly, Acculturative development sub factor marginalization gave a significant effect to the Individual Personality Achievement motivation.
