This study examines the relationship between Russia and Indonesia, focusing on the changes in their bilateral relations after the Ukraine war. The analysis reveals that both countries have not achieved significant progress in diplomacy, security, and economic sectors. However, the potential for cooperation in these areas is high, and there is a recognized need for mutual cooperation, which is seen as positive. Additionally, the foreign policies of both countries do not contradict each other as they do not infringe upon each other's national interests. Therefore, it was difficult to detect significant changes in the relationship between the two countries post-Ukraine war, as there were no major factors causing conflict between them, and the factors driving cooperation were relatively significant. However, due to various scenarios such as the prolongation of the Ukraine war, the outcome for Russia, and ceasefires, the relationship between the two countries could change, suggesting that further research is needed.
