This study is clarifies the structural relationship between positive psychological capital, exercise satisfaction, and exercise commitment, with an aim to provide useful insights into the significance, role, and practical application of positive psychological capital in enhancing exercise satisfaction and commitment among Taekwondo Poomsae athletes. To achieve this research objective, the study targeted students (high school and university) registered as Poomsae athletes in 2023. Using snowball sampling, a sample was secured and 242 responses were finalized for analysis after a review process. Subsequent analyses conducted with SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 21.0 included frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) based on the measurement model, calculation of Cronbach's α, correlation analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and verification of the significance of indirect effects through bootstrapping. The analysis revealed that positive psychological capital, exercise satisfaction, and exercise commitment among Taekwondo Poomsae athletes have a structural relationship characterized by interactive causal relationships. Based on these findings, it is inferred that positive psychological capital can serve as an effective psychological intervention strategy in relation to the key psychological factors of exercise satisfaction and commitment in Taekwondo Poomsae athletes.
