Damage to bridge pavement occurs in various forms such as rutting, cracks, potholes, and shoving. Rainfall penetrates into the crack and repeated freeze-thaw action weakens the durability of the pavement, accelerating pavement failure. In addition, the use of deicing agents to restrain road freezing during the winter and the resulting penetration of deicing material into the pavement is the cause of the concrete slab degradation that reduces the durability of concrete slabs. Therefore, various bridge waterproofing methods are applied when maintaining highway bridge pavement. Among the various bridge waterproofing materials applied in Korea, the two-component waterproofing method using epoxy resin is simple to be constructed and has excellent waterproofing performance and durability, and is expected to be widely applied in the future
