A case series of three living donor liver transplantations. Every donor is found to have a single liver mass suspected of focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) size 1.4–2.3 cm. Estimated left lateral liver volume is 176.5–336.5 cm 3 . Estimated graft-recipient weight ratio (GRWR) is 1.4%–3.7%. We operated wedge resection mass and then sent for frozen section. The frozen section was reported FNH with free margin. We performed left lateral segmentectomy after intraoperative pathologic examination report. Actual graft weight is 168–371 g and actual GRWR is 1.6%–3.5%. The donor was discharged without any complications.
