The purpose of this study was to understand the attitudes and intentions of Chinese dance majors in using social media based on the technology acceptance model. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting Chinese dance majors, and the final 731 questionnaires were used for analysis. This study selected ubiquity, reliability, and information quality as attributes of dance information, set them as external variables, and analyzed how dance information attributes affect perceived ease and perceived usefulness, and how perceived ease and usefulness affect social media attitudes and intention to use. Using IBM SPSS 26.0, frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted based on the statistical significance level of .05, and the results are as follows. First, social media dance information attributes (bias, reliability, and information quality) have a significant positive (+) effect on the perceived usefulness of college students majoring in dance. Second, social media dance information attributes (bias, reliability, and information quality) have a significant positive (+) effect on the perceived ease of college students majoring in dance. Third, the perceived usability of social media has a significant positive (+) effect on the perceived usefulness of college students majoring in dance. Fourth, the perceived usefulness of social media has a significant positive (+) effect on the social media attitude of college students majoring in dance. Fifth. The perceived ease of social media has a significant positive (+) effect on the social media attitude of college students majoring in dance. Sixth, The social media attitude of college students majoring in dance has a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to use it. These results will be able to provide basic data for future research on dance activities using social media.
