Kids’ cafes are purposefully designed facilities in indoor spaces that promote physical development through a variety of toys, enabling beneficial play activities. These cafes not only provide spacious play areas for children but also feature areas for parents, which serve as more than mere resting spots. This study categorized the service attributes of kids’ cafes into general attributes and children-oriented attributes to examine the causal relationships that affect satisfaction, trust, and behavioral intentions. A total of 304 surveys were distributed, and 284 were used for analyses after excluding incomplete samples. Using SPSS Statistics 23.0, the demographical characteristics of the samples were evaluated based on a frequency analysis. Also, AMOS 21.0 was used for the confirmatory factor analysis to verify the reliability and validity of the constructs. This research examines kids’ cafes from a food service perspective to contribute to the development of kids’ cafes.
