In order to verify the effects of consumption propensities on reuse intentions with female consumers in the aesthetic medical market in China focusing on the mediating effects of brand images and country images, this study prepared a theoretical basis based on previous studies, checked the suitability of the questionnaire, established a research model and research hypotheses, and verified the research hypotheses using SPSS 29 and AMOS 26. An empirical analysis was conducted and according to the results of the empirical analysis, first, the hypotheses that female consumers' consumption propensities will have significant positive (+) effects on brand images in the Chinese aesthetic medical market were all adopted. Fashion-pursuing, ostentation-pursuing, economy-pursuing, and pleasure-pursuing consumption propensities were shown to have very significant positive (+) effects on brand images. Second, the hypothesis that female consumers' consumption propensities will have significant positive (+) effects on country images in the Chinese aesthetic medical market was partially accepted. Fashion pursuit, ostentation pursuit, and economy pursuit had significant positive (+) effects on country images, but pleasure pursuit did not have any significant effect. The pleasure-pursuing propensity had an effect on brand images, but had a relatively small effect on country images. Third, brand images were found to have significant positive (+) effects on reuse intentions. Fourth, the hypothesis that country images will have a significant positive (+) effect on reuse intentions was rejected. Fifth, the hypothesis that female consumers’ consumption propensities will have significant positive (+) effects on their reuse intentions in the Chinese aesthetic medical market was partially adopted, and the ostentation-pursuing propensity was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on reuse intentions. Finally, brand images were found to have significant positive (+) mediating effects between consumption propensities and reuse intentions, while country images were shown to have no significant mediating effect. The analysis results as such suggested an implication that companies and practitioners entering the Chinese aesthetic medical market need continuous brand marketing strategies and management.
