This thesis examines the emotion generation strategy of media and movies, focusing on Detroit: Become Human, an interactive game base storytelling content of Quantic Dream SA, which was published in 2018. The researcher reveals that emotion is a major factor in art and content scenes by applying the neuroaesthetics, which interprets emotion as the main value of existence in art and content, and the embodied cognitive viewpoint that cognitive behavior occurs through the interaction of the body and brain. And the strategy of the movie to generation emotional response was examined. Detroit: Become Human effectively adopts the movie's proven body-centered emotion-inducing strategy, but actively induces brain-centered emotional responses through optional progression and multiple endings, which are impossible in movie storytelling. In addition, through the combination of the two, more active interaction was made. This attempt is to overcome the limitations of film, and as a result, more intensive participant immersion and emotional reactions were induced.
