이 연구의 목적은 자폐성아동의 심리운동 수업 중 사회적 상호작용증진을 위한 보완대체의사소통 중재 연구로 보완대체의사소통기구를 활용한 심리운동이 자폐성아동의 사회적상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 보완대체의사소통기구를 활용한 심리운동이 자폐성아동의 사회적상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 C시에 소재한 N센터를 이용하는 8세-10세의 자폐성아동 3명을 선정하였다. 연구의 설계는 대상자간 중다기초선설계(multiple baseline across subjects)이며, 회기마다 10분씩 녹화하여 관찰자와 함께 아동의 사회적 상호작용을 관찰하였다. 또한 프로그램 중재의 종결 후 기초선과 동일한 상황으로 관찰을 하였다. 자료 분석은 관찰을 통한 사회적 시작행동과 사회적 반응행동 발생율의 평균과 범위를 단계별로 제시하고 그래프 작성을 통하여 시각적 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보완대체의사소통기구를 활용한 심리운동이 자폐성아동의 사회적 시작행동을 증가시켰다. 둘째, 보완대체의사소통기구를 활용한 심리운동이 자폐성아동의 사회적 반응행동을 증가시켰다. 이와 같이 사회적 시작행동과 사회적 반응행동이 증가된 것으로 보아, 이 연구에서 실시한 보완대체의사소통기구를 활용한 심리운동이 자폐성아동의 사회적 상호작용에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of social interactions in classroom of AAC intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder in psychomotorik. To find out the effects of psychomotor exercise programs using AAC intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder in psychomotorik. three preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder age range of 8 to 10 years old and they were utilizing N center at C city were selected. The blueprint of this research was a multiple baseline design across participants. In every session, 10 minutes of recording was applied and observe social interactions of participating children with autism spectrum disorder with other observers. furthermore, more observations were applied at the same situation as the baseline two weeks after the intervention of the program was ended. The data analysis was done with drawing up graphs and providing means and ranges of occurrence rate of social initiation and social reaction based on each level. Results of this research were as follows. First, psychomotor exercise programs using AAC intervention increased social initiation for children with autism spectrum disorder. Second, psychomotor exercise programs using AAC intervention increased social reaction for children with autism spectrum disorder . In summary, social interactions were increased. Therefore, psychomotor exercise programs using AAC intervention had positive effects on social interactions of children with autism spectrum disorder in psychomotorik.
