A survey was completed by the clientele of the tertiary hospitals nationwide, and 420 survey results were utilized for empirical analysis. In addition, the control effect of CSR authenticity did not show direct causality in the relationship of CSR activities and the intent of revisitation. The findings of this research reconfirm the importance of an ethical responsibility activities that are required of hospitals and propose the necessity of an in-depth analysis on the factors that disrupt the impact of CSR.
