This study empirically investigates the impact of virtual fashion platforms on brand value, trust, and loyalty in the digital economy era. The advancement of digital technology has revolutionized traditional industries and consumption patterns, notably in the digital economy, which leverages information and knowledge, enhancing economic structure efficiency and optimization. In this context, China's e-mobile business has seen rapid growth, leading to an increased focus on the aesthetic and convenience of design among mobile device users. The research explores how the user experience of virtual fashion platforms affects customer satisfaction, engagement, and purchase intention, with a focus on Chinese AI shopping apps. Innovations like 3D virtual customization technology, a key part of this effort, allow users to select and combine virtual model outfits according to their body type, providing a near-real customized experience. These technologies offer low-cost and high-reliability advantages and have shown mature application capabilities in China's AI shopping apps. The methodology includes literature review, case studies, and empirical research. The literature review analyzes prior studies related to virtual fashion platforms, user experience, customer satisfaction, engagement, and purchase intention. Case studies explore user experiences on actual platforms, while the empirical research involves surveys of virtual fashion platform users, statistically analyzing the data to understand the relationship between user experience characteristics and purchase intentions. The findings reveal that the characteristics of the user experience on virtual fashion platforms significantly influence customer engagement, satisfaction, and purchase intentions. This suggests that virtual fashion platforms are a vital tool in strengthening the relationship between customers and brands and enhancing the brand's competitiveness through personalized services. However, the study has limitations, as it focuses on specific times, places, and platforms. Generalizing these findings to all virtual fashion platforms or consumer groups requires caution. Additionally, the study primarily addresses internal user experiences and satisfaction, with less consideration for external variables or environmental factors. Future research needs to delve deeper into the impact of these external factors. In conclusion, this study holds significance in demonstrating how the application of virtual fashion platforms in the digital economy era innovatively transforms relationships between brands and consumers. This research provides foundational data for understanding the challenges and opportunities in the digital-age fashion industry, helping businesses maintain and enhance market competitiveness through strategic planning.
