본 연구는 중국 소비자의 한방(韓方)화장품에 대한 인식과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이며 이는 중국 화장품 시장에 진출을 준비 중인 한방화장품 회사의 브랜드 개발에 활용하기 위함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 중국의 소비자를 대상으로 2023년 11월 07일부터 11월 16일까지 10일간 조사를 실시했으며, 수집된 자료 825부 가운데 불성실 응답 13부를 제외한 최종 812부를 채택하여 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 얻은 결과물을 분석한 내용이다. 조사 연령은 20대가 363명(44.7%), 30대가 293명(36.1%), 40대가 115명 (14.2%), 50대 이상이 41명(5.0%) 순이었으며, 결혼 여부는 미혼이 508명 (62.6%)으로 기혼 304명(37.4%)에 비해 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 학력은 대졸이 342명(42.1%), 고졸이 253명(31.2%), 대학교 재학이 150명(18.5%), 대학원 이상이 67명(8.3%) 순이었으며, 직업은 학생이 232명(28.6%), 회사원이 211명 (26.0%), 판매/서비스직이 206명(25.4%), 기타가 63명(7.8%), 전업주부가 51명(6.3 %), 자영업이 49명(6.0%) 순이었고, 월 소득 규모는 100만원 미만이 476명(58.6%), 100-200만원 미만인 206명(25.4%), 300-400만원 미 만이 51명(6.3%), 200-300만원 미만이 47명(5.8%),400만원 이상이 32명 (3.9%) 순으로 조사되었다. 중국 소비자의 한방화장품에 대한 인식을 살펴보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시한 결과, 한방화장품에 대해 들어본 경험 여부에 대해 ‘예’가 755명(93.0%)으로 ‘아니오’ 57명(7.0%)에 비해 많았고, 사용 경험으로는 ‘자주 사용’이 382(47.0%), ‘있음’이 348명(42.9%), ‘없음’이 82명(10.1%) 순으로 조사되었다. 기초 분석으로서 주요 변인에 대한 기술통계를 산출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 이미지 연상 전체 평균은 3.55(SD=.62)점이었고, 하위요인인 설화수는 3.55(SD=.71)점, 더후는 3.57(SD=.75)점, 한율은 3.53(SD=.73)점, 궁은 3.56(SD=.81)점으로 나타났다. 또한, 브랜드 이미지 평균은 3.59(SD=.65)점, 재구매의도는 3.57(SD=.69)점으로 나타났다. 조사대상자 특성에 따른 브랜드 이미지 차이를 살펴보기 위해 독립표본 t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 연령이 50대 이상인 경우 평균점으로 가장 높았고, 30대는 평균이 가장 낮게 조사되 었다. 또한 결혼 여부가 미혼인 경우 평균점으로 기혼에 비해 높아 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 조사대상자 특성에 따른 이미지 연상 차이를 살펴보기 위해 독립표본 t- 검정과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한 결과, 50대 이상인 경우 평균 점이 가장 높았고, 30대는 평균점이 가장 낮게 조사되었다. 미혼인 경우 평균 점이 기혼에 비해 높은 것으로 조사되었으며, 고졸과 대학교 재학인 경우 평 균점이 가장 높았고, 대학원 이상은 가장 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 자영 업인 경우 평균점이 가장 높았고, 월 소득 규모가 200~300만원 미만인 경우 평균점이 가장 높았고, 300~400만원 미만이 가장 낮게 조사되었다. 조사대상자 특성에 따른 재구매의도 차이를 살펴보기 위해 독립표본 t-검 정과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 50대 이상 인 경우 평균점이 가장 높았고, 상대적으로 30대는 가장 낮았으나 유의한 차 이는 아니었으며, 미혼인 경우가 기혼에 비해 높게 나타났다. 대졸인 경우 평 균점이 가장 높았고, 대학원 이상은 오히려 가장 낮았으나 유의한 차이는 아니었으며, 자영업인 경우 평균점이 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 월 소 득 규모가 200~300만원 미만인 경우 평균점이 가장 높았고, 300~400만원 미만이 가장 낮게 조사되었다. 소비자들이 세계 시장 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 보완사항으로 가장 많이 선 택한 것은 한방성분의 과학적인 입증과 효능의 객관화이었고, 모던하고 세련된 이미지의 용기 개선에 대해서는 비교적 낮은 선택을 받아 유의한 차이를 보였다. 향후 출시를 희망하는 한방화장품이나 한방성분이 있는 모발화장품의 경우 다양한 제품연구개발이 필요하다는 지적이 높게 나왔으며, 서비스 개선에 대한 측면은 상대적으로 낮게 도출되었다. 세계 시장 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 보완사항으로 한방성분의 과학적인 입증과 효능의 객관화를 가장 많이 선택했으며, 다양한 연령층이 사용할 수 있다는 인식 변화를 위한 마케팅 변화와 서비스 개선 측면은 비교적 낮게 도출되었다. 중국 소비자의 한방화장품에 대한 인식에 따른 재구매의도가 어떤지 설문 조사를 통해서 도출해냈다. 다양한 구매 요인 분석을 통해서 재구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 조사대상에 따라 브랜드 이미지와 이미지 연상, 재구매의도의 인식 차이를 살펴본 결과 연령, 결혼 여부, 월 소득 규모에 따 라 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 인식 차이를 볼 수 있었다. 또한 한방화장품의 적정 가격에 따라 이미지 연상에 유의한 인식 차이를 보였다. 구매 방식에 따른 브랜드 이미지와 이미지 연상, 재구매의도에 대한 인식 차이를 살펴본 결과, 주 구매 장소, 한방화장품 적정 가격, 광고나 모델이 구입에 영향을 미치는 정도, 한방화장품에 대해 가장 만족하는 사항, 한방화장품 재구매의도, 향후 출시를 희망하는 한방화장품 업체의 세계 시장 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 보완사 항에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구는 중국 소비자의 한방화장품 인식에 따른 브랜드 이미지와 이미지 연상, 재구매의도에 대한 인식 차이 등이 브랜드 이미지에 영향을 미치며, 특별히 구매 방식에 따라 브랜드 이미지와 이미지 연상, 재구매의도에 대한 인식에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 중국 화장품 시장을 대상으로 한방화장품 출시를 준비하는 관련 기업들에게 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 제안하는 기초자료로 사용되기를 기대한다.
This study is a study on Chinese consumers' perception of oriental herbal cosmetics and its impact on repurchase intention. The purpose ofthis study is to use it for brand development of oriental herbal cosmetics companies preparing to enter the Chinese cosmetics market. For thispurpose, a 10-day survey was conducted targeting Chinese consumers from November 7 to November 16, 2023. Of the 825 collected data,excluding 13 insincere responses, the final 812 were selected and analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program. This is an analysis of the results obtained. The survey age was 363 people (44.7%) in their 20s, 293 people (36.1%) in their 30s, 115 people (14.2%) in their 40s, and 41 people(5.0%) in their 50s or older. Regarding marital status, 508 people were single. (62.6%), which was found to be more than the 304 married people (37.4%). In terms of educational background, 342 people (42.1%) were college graduates, 253 people (31.2%) were high school graduates,150 people (18.5%) were enrolled in college, and 67 people (8.3%) had graduate school or higher. As for occupation, 232 people were students(28.6%). %), 211 people (26.0%) were office workers, 206 people(25.4%) were sales/service workers, 63 people (7.8%) were other people,51 people were full-time housewives (6.3%), and 49 people were self-employed (6.0%). In order of monthly income, 476 people (58.6%) had less than 1 million won, 206 people (25.4%) had less than 1 million to 2 million won, 51 people (6.3%) had less than 3 to 4 million won, and 47 people had less than 2 to 3 million won. As a result of conducting a frequency analysis to examine Chinese consumers' awareness of oriental medicine cosmetics, 755 people (93.0%)responded 'yes' to whether they have heard of oriental medicine cosmetics, compared to 57 people (7.0%) who said 'no'. There were many, and in terms of usage experience, 382 (47.0%) said they 'used it often', 348 people (42.9%) said they 'used it', and 82 people (10.1%) said they 'never used it.' As a basic analysis, the results of calculating descriptive statistics for the main variables are as follows. In the case of oriental medicinal cosmetics or hair cosmetics with oriental medicinal ingredients that are expected to be released in the future, there was a high level of criticism that various product research and development is necessary, and the aspect of service improvement was relatively low.Scientific verification of herbal ingredients and objectification of efficacy were most often selected as supplementary measures to achieve global market competitiveness, and marketing changes and service improvements to change the perception that they can be used by various age groups were relatively low. The repurchase intention of Chinese consumers based on their perception of oriental medicinal cosmetics was derived through a survey. By analyzing various purchase factors, we analyzed the factors that affect repurchase intention and looked at differences in perception of brand image, image association, and repurchase intention depending on the survey subject. As a result, we paid attention to brand image depending on age, marital status, and monthly income. A difference in perception could be seen. Additionally, there was a significant difference in perception of image associations depending on the appropriate price of oriental medicinal cosmetics. As a result of examining the differences in perception of brand image, image association, and repurchase intention according to purchase method, the main purchase place, appropriate price of oriental medicine cosmetics, extent to which advertisements or models influence purchase, matters most satisfied with oriental medicine cosmetics, There was a significant difference depending on the intention to repurchase oriental medicine cosmetics and the supplementary measures to be competitive in the global market by oriental medicine cosmetics companies hoping to launch in the future. This study found that differences in Chinese consumers' perception of brand image, image associations, and repurchase intention according to their perception of oriental medicinal cosmetics affect brand image, and in particular, their perception of brand image, image associations, and repurchase intention depending on purchase method. was found to have an impact. Through this, we hope that it will be used as basic data to suggest implications that can be used as a reference for related companies preparing to launch oriental medicine cosmetics in the Chinese cosmetics market.
