낙양은 허난성의 서부, 황하의 중하류에 위치하고 있고 역사가 유구하고 문화적 소양이 풍부한 중국 최초의 이름난 역사문화도시이자 중요 관광도시이며 공업도시이다. 낙양은 문화적 소양이 풍부한 이름난 역사문화도시이자 중국의 4대 옛 수도 중의 하나이기도 이다. 낙양은 화하문명의 중요한 발상지이며 실크로드의 동방 기점으로서 역사적으로 전후하여 13개의 왕조, 105명의 제왕들이 낙양을 수도로 정했다. 낙양은 5,000여년의 문명사, 4,000여년의 도시사, 1,500여년의 건도사(建都史)가 깃들어 있으며 중국에서 가장 이른 시기에 수도를 세우고, 가장 오랜 기간 존재했으며, 가장 많은 왕조가 존재 했던 수도성으로서,‘천년 황성, 화하 성지’로 칭송받고 있다. 역사적으로 락양은 경제가 발전하고 종교가 번성하였으며, 문학이 번창하고 문화는 개방되어 있었다. 낙양은 일찍이 국가의 정치, 경제, 문화의 중심지였고, 그 중에서 한나라와 당나라 시대에는 경제가 번영하고 무역이 발달한 국제적인 대도시였다. 중국의 유일한 여왕이었던 무측천(武則天)은 낙양을‘신도(神都)’라고 명명했다. 13개 왕조의 옛 수도로서 낙양은 찬란한 역사문화유산으로 가득차 있어 중국 도성 유적의 걸출한 대표자로 된다. 2005년에 중국이 대유적 보호 계획에 착수한 이래 낙양의 얼리터우 샤두 유적(二裏頭夏都遺址), 언사상성 유적(偃師商城遺址), 동주왕성 유적(東周王城遺址), 한위 낙양고성 유적(漢魏洛陽故城遺址), 수당 낙양성 유적(隋唐洛陽城遺址) 등 다섯 곳의 대유적이 선정되었다.최초의 태학(太學)은 낙양에서 창시되었다. ‘과거’(科舉)제도는 낙양에서 유래되어 고대 수천 년 동안 사람을 뽑아 등용하는 표준 제도가 되었다. 중국 고대 4대 발명 중 나침반(指南针), 제지술(造紙术), 인쇄술(印刷术)은 모두 낙양에서 탄생하였다. 세계 최초의 지진 측량 기구인 지동계도 여기서 발명되었다. 낙양은 또한 전 세계 중국인들의 문화의 뿌리이며, 전 세계 1억여 명의 객가인들이 조상대대로 이곳에서 살고 있다. 중국 최초의 자전 설문해자(説文解字), 최초의 농업과학기술 전문 저서 제민요술(齐民要术), 최초의 편년체 통사(編年體通史) 자치통감(資治通鑒)도 모두 여기에서 저술되었다. 동한시대‘실크로드(絲綢之路)’는 고대 동서양 문명을 교류하는 중요한 다리가 되어 상객의 왕래가 끊긴적이 없었는데 기점이 바로 낙양에서 시작되었다. 유구한 역사의 축적을 거치며 낙양이라는 땅에 문화 소양이 풍부하고 특색이 뚜렷한 문화유산자원이 형성되었다. 낙양은 6곳의 세계문화유산을 보유하고 있어 중국에서는 흔치 않은 세계문화유산 대도시가 되었다. 그 중 중국 대운하 프로젝트에는 낙양 함가창(含嘉倉) 유적과 회낙창(回洛倉) 유적도 포함되어 있다. 실크로드 프로젝트에는 낙양‘일성(一城)일문(一門)일관(一関)’도 포함되어 있는데, 즉 한위 낙양성 유적, 수당 낙양성 정정문(定鼎門) 유적, 신안함곡관(新安漢函谷关) 유적, 용문석굴(龍門石窟)한 장점이다. 낙양에는 현재 국가급 중점문물보호단위가 51곳, 성급 문물보호단위가 115곳, 이동불가문물 9,000여 점, 수장문물 60여만 점 및 고대 유적군 등이 있는데, 이러한 문화유산들은 묵묵히 낙양성의 수천년간의 역사적 축적을 말해주고 있다.낙양은 중국 문화의 근간으로써 다양한 중화권 문화와 사상이 이곳에서 탄생하고 융합을 이루었다. 유교는 물론, 도교 사상도 이곳에 뿌리를 내렸고 불교도 낙양에서 전파의 첫걸음을 뗐다. 그 뿐만 아니라 현학도 낙양에서 형성되었으며, 이곳에서 이학의 기원을 찾아볼 수 있다. 중화민족 최초의 역사 문헌인 하도낙서(河圖洛書) 또한 낙양으로부터 발월 되었다고 한다. 낙양은 중국 역사 문화의 뿌리이자 모란 문화의 발원지이다. 낙양 모란은 천하제일이어서 모란이 중국의 국화(國花)로 되게 되었다. 낙양은 일찍이 수(隋)나라 시대부터 모란을 재배하기 시작하여 1500년의 재배역사를 이어왔다. 우아하고 고귀한 자태의 모란은 지금까지 9가지 색과 10가지 꽃 약 1,200가지의 품종을 이루고 있다. 매년 4월, 모란이 만개할 쯤이면 낙양에서 국가급 모란문화제가 성대하게 열린다. 모란문화제는 국가 무형문화 유산으로 선정된 문화재로 때가 되면 전 세계 관광객들이 낙양에 모여 아름다움 모란의 자태를 감상한다. 덕분에 모란의 명성, 아울러 낙양이라는 도시 이미지가 세계 곳곳으로 알려졌고 그 매력을 한껏 뽐낼 수 있었다. 낙양의 아름다움은 문화 차원에만 그치는 것이 아니다. 낙양의 자연풍경 또한 독특한 미를 자랑하고 있다.현재 낙양에서는 5A급 명승지 5곳, 4A급 명승지 23곳, 3A급 명승지 37곳이나 있다. 낙양에서 황하의 소랑저풍경관광지(黃河小浪底風景旅遊區), 세계적인 지질 공원 다이메이산(黛眉山), 국립 산림 공원 백운산(白雲山), 북부 최고의 동굴이라 불리는 계관동(雞冠洞),중두구(重渡溝),룽탄샤(龍潭峽)등과 같은 자연경관을 만나볼 수 있다. 특히 낙양은 남부지역과 북부지역의 풍경의 함께 즐길 수 있다는 것이 특징이다. 낙양은 이하(伊河), 낙하(洛河), 전하(瀍河), 간하(澗河), 황하(黃河)등 5개의 강이 도시를 감싸고 있어 수자원이 매우 풍부하다. 그뿐만 아니라 낙양시는 시민의 삶을 풍요롭게 가꾸고 도시 이미지를 가꾸기 위해 다양한 규모의 공원, 산책 거리를 건설했다. 그 중 20킬로미터가 넘는 길이를 자랑하며 도시를 관통하고 있는 낙포공원(洛浦公園)은 시민들에게 아름다운 풍경과 전망을 제공한다. 낙양은 중국 10대 매력 도시이자 국가 정원도시, 관광 표준화 국가 시범 도시, 스마트 관광 국가 시범도시, 중국 우수 관광 도시, 글로벌 네티즌이 추천하는 중국 10대 관광 도시, 가장 발달한 관광도시 등의 타이틀을 거머쥐고 있다. 이에 비추어 본 연구에서는 이러한 배경하에서 낙양 역사문화유산의 보호와 합리적 개발에 관한 연구를 통하여 용문석굴의 스마트관광 개발을 위한 효과적인 방법을 모색함으로써 낙양 관광산업의 발전에 이바지하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 내용은 총 다섯 부분으로 나뉘며, 구체적인 내용은 다음과 같다.제1장은 서론 부분이다. 논문 연구의 배경, 연구의 필요성, 스마트관광에 관한 선행연구, 연구목적과 연구방법을 분석하여 본 눈문의 연구내용과 구조를 요약하였다.제2장에서는 낙양 문화유산 자원 및 관광 발전 현황에 관하여 서술하였다. 낙양문화유산자원, 문화유산의 가치, 역사문화유산의 관광객 현황과 역사문 화유산 개발의 현대화 현황에 대하여 설명하였다.제3장은 낙양 역사·문화유산의 서비스 실태와 개선책이다. 낙양의 관리 및 보호와 서비스 측면에서는 문화유산의 관리미흡와 낙양의 관광정보 개선, 기타 서비스 시설부족과 대응책에 대해 요약하였으며, 낙양의 문화유산 상품과 마케팅 측면에서는 낙양 관광상품 시장의 미활성화 개선에 대해 분석하고, 낙양의 브랜드 이미지 제고방안을 제시하며, 낙양의 홍보 및 광고 문제 등에 대해 설명하였다.제4장은 낙양 용문석굴 스마트관광 개발방안에 대하여 서술하였다. 용문석굴의 사례를 연구 대상으로 삼아 용문석굴 관광지의 문제점을 찾아내고 관광의 현대화와 최적화를 제시한다. 용문석굴의 관리 개선 및 마케팅 모델 및 용문석굴의 스마트 서비스 개선 방안을 제정하였다.제5장은 연구 결론이다. 본 논문의 연구 결과를 총괄하고, 역사·문화유산자원의 보호 및 개발에 관한 연구에 참고자료를 제공한다.

However, due to various reasons, there have beenproblems such as incomplete management, inadequate protection, andunreasonable development of Luoyang's historical and cultural heritage.Therefore, this article takes the historical and cultural heritage ofLuoyang as the research object, explores a new path for thedevelopment of intelligent tourism in Longmen Grottoes through theprotection and development of Luoyang's historical and cultural heritageresources, and provides constructive guidance for the development ofintelligent tourism in Longmen Grottoes, promoting the sustainabledevelopment of Luoyang's tourism industry. The research content ofthis article is divided into five parts. The specific content is as follows. The first chapter is an introduction. By searching for relevantliterature, journals, and organizing domestic and foreign onlineinformation, we understand the research on the protection anddevelopment of historical and cultural heritage resources. The fourth chapter is the smart tourism development plan forLongmen Grottoes in Luoyang.
