The word 'Tai Chi' comes from the ancient book . Tai Chi is composed of yin and yang, and the theory of 'qi' occupies the entire consciousness field of ancient Chinese society. It has long influenced the cultural and psychological structure and aesthetic consciousness of China and East Asia, as well as the expression form and system construction of East Asian dance art. This research is a research on the production process of the dance work 'Sheng Sheng Bu Xi' based on the theory of Tai Chi Yin and Yang. It is a study combined with theoretical analysis of creative works. The purpose of this study is to experience Korean traditional dance as a Chinese student, and based on this experience, find and explore the common ground between Korean traditional dance and Tai Chi Yin Yang theory, and use this common ground to create and perform the work 'Sheng Sheng Bu Xi'. The creation is mainly based on the commonality between Tai Chi Yin Yang and Korean traditional dances, and based on the theory of Tai Chi Yin Yang, revealing and embodying the opposition, unity, integration and circulation of Tai Chi Yin Yang. The work is presented in five chapters. Throughout the whole work, the circularity is highlighted in the theme. Looking at the chapters horizontally, the first chapter 'Yin and Yang' highlights the unity of opposites in the work, and the last chapter 'Unity' highlights the integration and circulation of the work. In each chapter, the characteristics of the unity of opposites and the fusion cycle are reflected through the creation of movements, the setting of formations, the design of clothing lighting, and the way of breathing. Whether in form or content, the works correspond to the characteristics of Tai Chi Yin Yang theory. In order to complete this study, the researchers first collected relevant literature. Second, after mastering the theoretical background and basic creation, the work was created for the following purposes. ① Found the existence of Tai Chi yin and yang theory in Korean traditional dance. ②Using a similar atmosphere, the work was created by combining the atmosphere of the Taegeuk Banner and the atmosphere of Korean traditional dances. ③Combining the characteristics of Korean dance, which is static in motion and dynamic in static, with the characteristics of Tai Chi, which is rigid in soft and soft in rigid, and create works. ④Throughout the whole work, the thought of Tai Chi Yin-Yang Theory runs through. Thirdly, using the Practice-Based Research(PBR) method, the summary of works, choreography diary, interviews with dancers, video data recording and analysis, results arrangement and description. The work 'Sheng Sheng Bu Xi' is a dance work created with Tai Chi Yin Yang theory as the core in terms of content and form. It mainly shows that life is endless, and the beginning that people see is the end of the front end. The end of seeing is also the beginning of another starting point. Just like the breath of Korean traditional dance, it is in a state of non-stop operation from top to bottom, from front to back. This research is based on the commonality of Tai Chi Yin Yang theory and Korean traditional dance, trying to integrate the two and create a work. This is also a phased summary of the researcher's experience in learning Korean traditional dances in Korea. For this reason, the work 'Sheng Sheng Bu Xi' presented in this study maximizes the weak strength of the choreographer, and narrates and interprets Korean traditional dances from the perspective of foreign students.
