관광산업은 세계 경제가 성장하면서 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 과거에는 몇몇 국가로 관광객이 몰렸다면, 이제는 다양한 문화관광상품 등이 개발되면서 다양한 국가로 관광객의 발길이 이어지고 있다. 관광객 유치는 국가 경제발전에 큰 역할을 하면서 많은 국가들은 관광객을 유치하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 논문은 한국의 부산과 중국의 상하이시를 예로 들어 두 지역의 문화관광산업 현황과 정책 등을 분석하여, 장점과 문제점을 파악한 뒤, 마지막으로 두 지역의 문화관광상품 개발과 문화관광산업의 미래 발전을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 향후 관련연구에 참고자료로 활용되는 등의 연구의의가 있다고 판단되고, 한중 양국의 문화관광산업 발전에 조금이라도 도움이 되고자 한다.
In recent years, the COVID-19 has brought a severe impact to the world's tourism industry. With the end of the COVID-19, the world's tourism industry has returned to vigorous growth. Among them, cultural tourism is considered to be to be the fastest growing sector in global tourism demand. Since the 1990s, South Korea's cultural industry has achieved significant development. Thanks to the combination of the cultural industry and the tourism industry, the cultural tourism industry has been derived, resulting in the rapid development of the new cultural tourism industry. Since 2000, under the influence of Hallyu (South Korean Fad), Korean architecture, food, fashion, etc. have received more and more attention from people from all over the world. South Korea began to become one of the main destinations for overseastravel. Since 2000, the cultural industry and tourism industry have become the priorit ‘‘Green Sunrise Industries’’ in major countries around the world. As the Chinese government stated, ‘‘It is proposed to promote the integration development of cultural industries with tourism, sports, information, logistics, construction and other industries.’’ As a new model of the tertiary industry vigorously supported by the government, the integration development of the cultural and tourism industries is of great significance to promote the development of the entire national economy and the transformation of the industrial structure. Busan, located at the southeast end of South Korea, is the largest port cit and second largest cit in South Korea, as well as the main tourist cit in South Korea. Busan has abundant tourismresources, not only historical and cultural sites, but also modern art spaces, cultural celebrations, etc. Due to the unique geographicalconvenience of the international transportation network, Busan's international transportation is convenient, thus attracting foreign tourists. Therefore, in a manner of speaking, Busan is a representative cultural tourism city. Simultaneously, Shanghai, located in southeast China, has something in common geographically with Busan, South Korea.Shanghai is not only the largest economic center cit in China, but also the national historical and cultural city that best reflects China's development history in modern times. Moreover, the construction of a large number of cultural and creative industrial parks and various tourism festivals are often held in Shanghai, which empowers Shanghai to have the conditions for the development of the cultural tourism industry. In this research, taking Busan, South Korea, and Shanghai, China as examples, the status quo and issues of the cultural tourism industry in the two places are explored, and schemes for the development of cultural tourism products in the two places and the future development of the cultural tourism industry are proposed. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute to the experience of other cities with similar conditions in developing cultural tourism industries.
