Chinese tea culture already has a history of more than a thousand years. Tea culture is a traditional Chinese culture, and tea is one of the world's three beverages. China's tea production accounted for 45% of the world's tea production. Although development in China is in full swing, exports are in a difficult situation. There are two main reasons for this.First, China's tea leaf export structure is too single to meet customer needs. Second, daily International Environmental Regulations are strict. This is because pesticide residues in tea leaves in China exceed the standard residues. Foreign countries have strict regulations on tea leaf safety.Based on the preceding research, this study established a hypothesis on the green supply chain management and surveyed by international environmental regulations and customer needs. The data analysis test established hypotheses.First, Hypothesis H1-1 and H2-1 were partially adopted that international International Environmental Regulations and market orientation will have a positive effect on ecodesign.Second, Hypothesis H1-2 and H2-2 were adopted in that international International Environmental Regulations and market orientation will have a positive effect on green purchasing.Third, Hypothesis H1-3 and H2-3 were adopted in that international International Environmental Regulations and market orientation will have a positive effect on green production.Fourth, Hypothesis H1-4 and H2-4 were adopted in that International Environmental Regulations and market orientation will have a positive effect on green logistics.Based on the survey results, the above hypothesis was tested. It is tested that Chinese tea leaf production and export companies are responsible for International Environmental Regulations and customer needs. In order to cope with stringent environmental regulations, China's tea leaf production and export companies should establish a more sound and green supply chain management system. The results of the empirical analysis will also suggest implications for the expansion of green supply chain management by Chinese tea leaf producing companies. It is very important for the tea-producing exporter to adapt to society and the market and to increase the competitiveness of the product in three dimensions: economic, social and environmental. In addition, since the competition of companies in modern society is not competition between companies, but competition between supply chains, in order for companies to improve their competitiveness, cooperation of supply chain members helps to enhance the competitiveness of companies.
