As the Fourth Industrial Revolution is taking place today, interest in virtual reality is increasing as a key technology of the Fourth Industry. Moreover, the global VR market will reach $ 40 billion by 2020, and millions of VR design related jobs will be created by 2025. It also argues that VR designers will need expertise in the space that architects and city planners have. However, I do not think it is necessary to construct VR, which is a virtual space, in an architectural way of three-dimensional space. Because VR is not a real three-dimensional space, and it is also a flat space to recognize VR in human body or retina. Thus, the architectural elements of space do not need to be applied in configuring VR.Nevertheless, currently, in producing VR, only three-dimensional space reproductions, such as virtual dimensions being placed in a virtual three-dimensional space to form VR, remain. Therefore, I do not think VR as a medium is actively utilized. The visual media, which has been utilized by Visual Communication, delivered information and contents in a two-dimensional plane. In physics, humans in three-dimensional space see three-dimensional space in two dimensions. The image of the retina in the human visual system is also flat. Therefore, to facilitate visual communication, it is effective for visual media to communicate information and content in the form of two-dimensional planes. And the graphics of such a two-dimensional plane evolves(Namely Evolution through the influence of other species) from the development of hardware to deliver media such as media. VR is also a medium created by technological advances and there is a possibility that it will become a more effective medium through the development of two-dimensional graphics rather than the way it reproduces the current three-dimensional space. Therefore, the researcher suggests the possibility of a new spatial experience through a 2-dimensional VR experiment and various aspects of VR. Furthermore, it studies how to use it as a visual medium.
